Elegant House Design – 3D Design
This project showcases an elegant residential 3D design with a classic-modern architectural style, refined façade detailing, and a warm, high-end visual presentation. The exterior design combines brickwork, clean rendered finishes, decorative balcony elements, and carefully selected colours to create a timeless and sophisticated home appearance.
The 3D visuals also include interior concept details, such as the bathroom design, allowing the client to clearly understand the proposed style, materials, colour palette, and overall design direction before construction begins.

Luxury Seven-Bedroom Residence with Rooftop Pool & Sky Garden
Situated on a 2,000 m² site, this 1,200 m² architectural masterpiece exemplifies modern luxury and refined design. The residence features seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged to maximise comfort, privacy, and functionality.
At its heart, the project integrates premium materials, sustainable systems, and innovative spatial planning to create a home that balances elegance with performance.
The rooftop level includes a private infinity-edge pool, sky garden, and landscaped entertainment zones, offering panoramic views and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Every element—from the façade composition to the interior detailing—reflects meticulous craftsmanship and a commitment to architectural excellence

Luxury Six-Bedroom Duplex Design & Build
This design-and-build project comprises a contemporary luxury duplex development on a 600 m² residential site. The development has been carefully planned to maximise space, functionality, natural light and privacy while delivering a strong architectural presence.
The project includes six spacious master bedrooms, each with a private ensuite and built-in or walk-in wardrobe. The internal layout features generous open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas, complemented by additional family spaces and seamless connections to the outdoor entertaining areas.
Key design features include a modern architectural façade, private balconies, landscaped outdoor areas and a swimming pool designed to enhance the overall lifestyle experience. Large glazed openings, high-quality finishes and carefully selected materials create a refined and contemporary aesthetic throughout the residences.
The scope of works includes complete architectural design, interior planning, documentation, approvals, construction, landscaping and final handover. The project has been developed to achieve a high standard of comfort, functionality and visual appeal while responding effectively to the site conditions and the needs of modern family living.
Air France–KLM Office Refurbishment
The Air France–KLM office refurbishment involved the complete transformation of a 300 m² commercial workspace within a 50-day construction program.
The project included a full internal demolition and strip-out, followed by the complete refurbishment of the office to create a modern, functional and professional working environment. All workstations and desks were custom designed, manufactured and installed to suit the operational requirements of the client.
The scope also included custom joinery throughout the office, new finishes, updated partitions and coordinated modifications to the air-conditioning, electrical, lighting and data systems. Careful planning and close coordination between trades were essential to manage the compressed program and ensure all architectural, mechanical and electrical components were delivered efficiently.
The completed office provides a contemporary and practical workplace that reflects the professional identity of Air France–KLM while supporting staff comfort, collaboration and day-to-day operations.
Thai Airways Office Refurbishment
The Thai Airways office refurbishment involved the complete transformation of a 150 m² commercial workspace within a 40-day construction program.
The scope included full internal demolition and strip-out, followed by a comprehensive refurbishment to create a modern, functional and professional office environment. All desks and workstations were custom designed, manufactured and installed to meet the client’s operational requirements.
Custom joinery was provided throughout the office, together with new partitions, finishes, flooring and architectural details. The project also included coordinated modifications to the air-conditioning, electrical, lighting and data systems.
Careful planning, trade coordination and program management were essential to complete the works within the accelerated timeframe. The finished office provides a practical and contemporary workplace that reflects the professional identity of Thai Airways while supporting staff comfort, productivity and daily operations.
Air Astana & Azerbaijan Airlines Office Refurbishment
The Air Astana and Azerbaijan Airlines office project comprised the complete refurbishment of a 300 m² commercial tenancy, delivering a modern and efficient workplace tailored to the operational needs of both airlines.
The works included a full internal strip-out and demolition, followed by the construction of new office areas, meeting spaces, staff facilities and reception zones. All workstations, desks and storage units were custom designed, manufactured and installed to suit the available space and support daily business operations.
The project also incorporated bespoke joinery, new partitions, flooring, ceilings, finishes and architectural detailing throughout. Mechanical, electrical, lighting, data and air-conditioning systems were modified and upgraded to coordinate with the new office layout and performance requirements.
Through detailed planning, close trade coordination and efficient project management, the refurbishment was delivered to a high commercial standard. The completed workspace provides a professional, functional and contemporary environment that reflects the corporate identity of both Air Astana and Azerbaijan Airlines.

Moroccan-Inspired Residence
This custom house design is inspired by the richness and warmth of Moroccan architecture, combining traditional artistry with modern comfort. The design brings together Arab, Mediterranean, and African influences through bold colours, detailed patterns, natural textures, and carefully crafted architectural features.
Key design elements include arched openings, decorative mosaic tiles, carved timber details, brass lighting, textured finishes, and layered warm tones such as terracotta, gold, deep blue, and emerald. These features create a space that feels luxurious, inviting, and full of character.
The overall design approach focuses on balance, blending cultural detail with practical modern living. Through thoughtful spatial planning, refined material selection, and strong visual identity, this project creates a unique home environment that feels elegant, comfortable, and timeless.
